Needs to address hard-coded adminseesall checks and SQL isteacher checks

In a discussion with someone else, it turned out that a quick way to achieve this is to assign a site-wide teacher role for yourself:

Front page admin block -> Users -> permissions -> assign system roles

Please let me know if this works.

Even with improvements to make it scalable, displaying the amount of data for even a medium sized school would be impossible on screen and the SQL to do the counts properly may take an age to execute.
