User authentication is via NTLM and single sign on of users with current user profile is working normally. Field mappings in the NTLM module are set up for givenName, sn, mail, telephoneNumber, mobile, and department (as shown in attachment). Mapping is set up to update these fields at every login.
However, fields are not updated at login. This has been verified by changing the values in these fields then logging out and in again.
I've tried changing the case of the mappings (givenname, GIVENNAME, etc) and also the field locking option. Nothing results in an update of user fields when a user logs out and in again.
By the way...This issue was first noticed on creation of new users via NTLM at first login. They were directed to their user profile page to complete mandatory fields, including givenName.
