Description
Added an opportunity to display user pictures thumbnails near user names in course results grade table. This feature can be enabled in block settings, it's off by default. It is disabled if the block is configured to display users anonymously or to display groups. For convenience, all changes are in the attached patch (applied with -p0 on /blocks/course_results directory).
