This patch changes view_entry.php slightly such that:

Created by shows $user->firstname $user->lastname rather than $user->username
If a course exists with a shortname that matches the name of the booking, the name becomes a link to that course and the number of students (currently using roleid=5) are enrolled (currently directly) in that course
