New plugins: External Search block and Digital NZ resource type

Description

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for creating pages for my new contrib modules:

External Search block
http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=2337

Digital NZ resource plugin
http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=2338

All that is left to do (I think) is to create tracker components. I would prefer to have one for each since the External Search block can be used without the Digital NZ resource type.

Francois - Thanks for the clarification on the dependencies. Do you the Digital NZ resource type to be a project? It sounds like it to me. I'm thinking of creating two components in the tracker:

Block: External Search
Project: Digital NZ but I would not have a problem if we wanted to call it Resource Type: Digital NZ

I think we should create the package so that you can use that as the download for the Digital NZ M&P entry so that it will always download both the block and resource type together in a single zip file making installation easier. The M&P entry for the block can just be the block.

So do you have a preference for the name of the component?

We could also add in URLs for the components for the Bugs and Issues link in the M&P entry.

Francois - Just an FYI, I filed MDLSITE-721. Eloy has resolved the issue but we will need to wait another day for the download file to work. Peace - Anthony
