Description
Just a few style-based changes.
The first patch sorts out the layout of the user search list in the block to remove the bullet points hanging off the side, and to remove the excessive spacing between the user's name and links etc.
The second patch displays the site header and footer on add.php and del.php to maintain consistency and apply stylesheets to the pages.
