Description
Adds a setting to the block allowing you to choose whether to send e-mail notifications to parent users when they have an account created, as per Anthony Borrow's suggestion in CONTRIB-1020.
The setting is set to Yes by default. If set to No, the emailuser and emailbody settings are ignored, and can be left blank.
