Description

Adding buttons to Accessibility block to change colour scheme. Planned colour schemes:
Normal (theme default)
Black on pastel yellow/Pastel blue to provide reduced contrast
Bright yellow on black to provide high contrast

Mark - I do not see any code here but is this something that could be handled using CSS? Is that how you are changing the colour scheme? Peace - Anthony

I've just got to document the code and I'll put in on here tomorrow - It is done using CSS.

Patch to add alternative colour schemes to the block. I've also uploaded the new version of the block with the patch included to it's original tracker issue.
