Seperate versions for 1.7 and 1.8, minor changes needed for each version.

Matt - I have extracted the files to 17STABLE and 18STABLE branches. Would you like for me to extract the 1.8 version to 19STABLE and HEAD too? Peace - Anthony

Got a small change to make in CVS contrib for the contact form block - line 23 in /block/form.php needs to be $fromcourse == 1 instead of $fromcourse == 0. Is it best to upload a new form.php to the tracker as a new request, or do you want me to send you a diff?
