Geogebra filter breaks header information

Description

/filter/geogebra/filter.php contains several spaces after the closing php tag, which breaks the header information (e.g., when you try to export a book, you only see a lot of garbage on your screen instead of downloading the zip file).

Markus - I realize it has been a long time since anything has happened on this. I dropped the ball in following up and since there was no response, I assumed it was not that critical of an issue. In any case, this note is to serve as some documentation of what appears to be the current status. It appears that Jochen Maeusle (http://moodle.org/user/view.php?id=107018&course=1) is no longer actively involved in the Moodle community. Jochen did not contribute the code at http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=585&filter=1 to Moodle's CVS tracker so I cannot fix the zip file since I do not have access to where the download link for the file is hosted . You may be interested in trying what appears to be a newer version of the Geogebra filter available at http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=2423&filter=1. I've written Peter Tierney-Fife (http://moodle.org/user/view.php?id=854706&course=1) who contributed the newer Geogebra filter to see if he might be interested in hosting the code on Moodle's CVS server and serving as the primary maintainer. My hunch is that we should remove from the Modules and Plugins database (http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?id=6009) the entry added by Jochen and just use the newer one submitted by Peter. If Peter is not interested, I will likely resolve this issue as 'Won't fix'. Feel free to advocate (or volunteer) to serve as primary maintainer of the code if you are interested. Let me know how I can best be helpful. Peace - Anthony

Peter - I am starting to clean up some of the older issues assigned to me and this one apparently slipped through the cracks but since it is related to the Geogebra filter I am re-assigning to you.
