Description

Hi Anthony

A very small redraw of the block contact_form that fixes undefined constant issues and USER issue.

Adds a small amount of possibilities in managing who to send the form to.

Has been tested recently by thirs party users :

If OK we can propagate it.

Valery - I sent a message to Matt Campbell who I think is the current maintainer of this code . Once I get confirmation of that I will create a category of Block: Contact_form and assign him as lead of that. I've asked him to comment here if it is OK to proceed with the commits. Peace - Anthony
