Christopher - I'm going to resolve this as a duplicate of the MDL issue. It appears that the movement is to have this included in Moodle core post 2.1. Thanks for your work on helping to propose a dspace plugin. If folks want to start testing it, we can certainly create an entry in the Modules and Plugins database. If you need anything else just let me know. Peace - Anthony
