Hello,
I was doing some work on the book and wanted to put it here for you to update your main repository.

This is what l have done

1. Added db/access.php

2. Added import_form.php
This is for importing files and directories using the formslib

3. Added edit_form.php
This is for editing or adding a new book chapter

4. Update edit.php and import.php files to use the above files

5. Update all files to use the content of access.php

Please let me know if when is this add to your main tree.
