Description
Moodle Folks,
Would like to see if it is possible to add a functionality feature within the Moodle Admin settings to remove those nasty Topic Outline headers that are put onto courses without having to change the stylesheet. Please refer to this Forum posting, which shows there is probably quite a few folks who would appreciate an easier way to do this:

I would like to second this suggestion and ask that this improvement be considered for the new set of themes for 2.0.
I believe the text, "topic outline" and "weekly outline" goes unnoticed by many users and adds little to the user experience in exchange for the extra space it takes up on the course page. In addition, I find that quite a few users who do notice the text ask how it can be removed; as this tracker item suggests, the text is a source of irritation.
I realize the text can be eliminated through the style sheet, but before we make users go through that extra effort, I would like to revisit whether the text really needs to be there in the first place.
Thanks--
Michelle
