There are some situations, as in working with corporations, where it's needed to create certain groups of users (sales, trainers) , and assign a course to all of them (or assign a group of users to a course). This will come in handy for teachers, where they can create a my_class group, and if the publish a new course they cann easily assign the group to the course, instead of adding them manually or notifying every one of them.

this has come as a request from a corporation that has more than 2000 employees, and letting the users decide if they want to enroll in a course is not an option. they want to enroll a couple of hundreds of people to a course, and check who took the test or not
