Improvements to display of results from environment checks.

Attached a patch to :

  • seperate 'custom checks' into a seperate table.
  • sort environment checks so that errors appear at the top of both tables, then warnings, then OK messages.
  • put feedback message inside the table cell of the environment check that created them, rather than in a seperate list at the bottom of the page.
  • add css for colour and added green 'ok' colour to html.

Ignore the last screen shot file ScreenShot001.bmp. Attached file ScreenShot002.jpg is a shot of the new layout. The second table is only shown if the custom check function returns a non null value.

I've separated results from custom checks in environment xml into a seperate table assuming that custom environment check will check things other than server setup.
