This script file contains an initial draft of the tags API.

The following API functions were created

tag_create
tag_delete
get_all_tags
tag_exists
tag_id
tag_an_item
untag_an_item
get_item_tags
get_items_tagged_with
tag_normalize
is_item_tagged_with
is_tag_clean
