Hi, we have following problem with Moodle 1.7.1+ (2006101010):

1. go to a wiki and edit a page
2. go to source code mode
3. type <a href="http://foo.com/AbCd">link</a>
4. save page and view

This affects links to Google Docs, URLs shortened with tinyurl etc., so I think it is more than Minor - certainly very inconvenient for us.

Yep, second the opinion, that this is not minor!

We can't really use the wiki at all, as links like: http://www.e-teaching.org/didaktik/gestaltung/visualisierung/textbild/Lernen_mit_Text_und_Bild.pdf are just removed from the presented page.

This is still valid for Moodle 1.9.12+

Just wanted to add, that deactivating camel case in the wiki's settings will fix the problem.
