Description

User upload (from CSV file) does not check e-mail addresses for duplicate, nor check if they are syntactically valid

partially fixed - duplicates are now detected/prevented, the email validity check is not there - ppl must know what they are uploading IMHO, anyway users may review/change the email address alter
