Description

For a new developer it is not particularly clear what you should do after you have created all your tables in the XMLDB editor (in order to get those tables to appear in your database).

Maybe it would help if someone were to add some instructions to the 'show php' page on the XMLDB editor, such as "copy this into a file called 'update.php' in the folder <path to install.xml>"

Hi, I've been reworking a bit the pages related to this issue in Moodle Docs,

so right now, the "Moodle Docs for this page" link in all the pages of the editor are pointing to this page:

And, from that page, you are only 1-click away of:

that are the other two pages where the install and upgrade process is explained with more detail

So I'm closing this as fixed! Ciao
