Description

Hi,

A) Problem:
Unable to open a SCORM package (created in captivate 2) in my 1.8 moodle site.

B) Debug message
XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </li>.
Location: http://localhost/mod/scorm/player.php?a=12&scoid=185
Line Number 148, Column 15: </div>

V1.2 SCORM (Flash 7) - works OK if I 'preview in browser' in Captivate though I have to allow blocked content after getting the 'IE has restricted this webpage from running scripts or Active X controls that could access your computer. Click here for options' message.
(I have also loaded this onto my site (www.dragonpride.org) - click on "TEST SCORM" from frontpage - login scorm/scorm )

D) Question
Can you advise If this error is the probable cause of the problem, and if so can you advise a solution?

thanks in advance, and sorry if Ive done something silly - I am quite new to moodle, and dont know much about raising issues, php messages etc etc

Hello Roberto,

I think the issue must be 'something' in my version of moodle - the same SCORM I cannot open in my 1.8 moodle can be opened 1.7. I dont know if this correctly identifies the versions, but I have cut + paste the following details from the 'Version.php" files fyi

version.php,v 1.43 2006/09/27 16:45:40 - my SCORM works OK ( comes from 1.7 latest version downloaded 28/07)

version.php,v 1.49.2.1 2007/03/13 22:09:24 - my SCORM fails to open (comes from 1.8 version downloaded mid june 2007)

Hello again,

I have 'solved' the problem by upgrading to 1.8.2 latest (downloaded yesterday), so THIS CAN BE CLOSED!!!!

(I opened ticket, so should have authotity to close it I guess - where is the 'resolved' button??t)
