Show blocks on page if selected loses the jump to navigation which is rather useful. Is there anyway we could keep this navigation tool?

Description

When choosing the option to display a resource with blocks on page the jump to navigation box isn't shown. If possible could this navigation tool remain on the page with blocks showing also?

Is there any way to anything on the left, right or both sides of course resorces instead of course blocks?

After looking at this, and discussing with Martin, this issue needs to be postponed. Work on blocks (in general) must be done to fix this.
