cmi.max_time_allowed should be mapped on IMSSS:LIMITCONDITIONS -> ATTEMPTABSOLUTEDURATIONLIMIT instead of ADLCP:MAXTIMEALLOWED.

ADLCP:MAXTIMEALLOWED has become obsolete in SCORM 2004 3rd edition. This is also described in the RunTime environment document.
