Description

This option requires the throttlingaplies to be set to allow to function but this is not mentioned in the help files. manageposts.html

Suggestion: Add this info to the help file.

Also as this is now role specific I believe the last line in the help file should be deleted. (None of these settings affect teachers posting)

Ray, apologies for this issue not getting any attention.

I notice it only applies to Moodle 1.9 now, since in Moodle 2.0 that the capability mod/forum:throttlingapplies has been replaced by mod/forum:postwithoutthrottling and the Post threshold for blocking help popup includes the line 'Users with the capability mod/forum:postwithoutthrottling are exempt from post limits.'
