Description
When adding an image to a page in a course it is not possible to make that image a link using the HTML editor.
In FireFox It is possible to add the image, however, when trying to make that image a link, the image is over-written with a plain text link.
In IE6 and 7 it is also possible to add the image, but it is not possible to add the link, clicking "OK" in the popup window has no effect, a javaScript error is reported:
"Object does not support this property or method".
The only way to add links to images is by editing the HTML.

I should add that this was found using a "Release" as opposed to an interim build.
