Description
The process times out when adding or editing a Label. You can get to the "Editing Label" page wherein the label content can be changed, but after clicking the "Save Changes" button nothing happens until finally the process times out and you are left at moodledir/course/modedit.php.
There are no noticeable issues with editing Topic/Week Summaries or HTML Blocks, only labels.
