Moodle Stats running at 2pm not midnight

Description

My Moodle Stats are running at 2pm instead of the middle of the night. I looked in Lib/statslib.php and it seems that the time is set based on when the stats finished the day prior. If I am mistaken about how the time is reset is irrelevant, since my stats continue to run in the afternoon during peak hours and slow the Moodle down.
