Noticed this on DemoMoodle site, did not check other version

As administrator, Site Administration block, Front Page, Front Page Restore takes to a settings screen. The help button on this screen directs the user to Files in Moodle Docs. I am guessing that Restore is a better place for this link.

Enable course or front page restore to link to appropriate documentation page
Thanks for your report. It seems that course restore is affected as well as front page restore. To re-phrase it:
Following the restore link in the course administration block (or the front page restore in the site administration block) takes you to the backupdata directory page (moodlesite.org/files/index.php?id=xx&wdir=/backupdata).
The "Moodle Docs for this page" link takes you to http://docs.moodle.org/en/files/index
. It would be better if the link took you to http://docs.moodle.org/en/Restore
.
