[#MDL-11199] Display of PDF inline with Custom Corners Theme - Moodle Tracker

Display of inline PDF's is very poor using the theme. Doesn't maximise the screen. Also "header" at top with nothing in it.

This issue will help resolve:
MDL-12098	resource PDF in popup window doesn't close content and page divs - page doesn't validate.

Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order
