bad URL after visiting user activity report in 1.9

Description

Trying 1.9. When you are teacher in any course, and you go and see any user's activity report, then you click in the course shortname in the breadcrums you will get a 404 error, because the URL generated contains two courses (i.e. http://server/course/course/view.php)
