OU User Report - add the number of submissions back to the report

Description

The screen shot in the attachment shows the OU User Report with the number of submissions in brackets. Submissions have been removed and should be put back. The course mean% and submissions should only be removed and replaced with a '-' when a quiz is still open (hidden from the students view).

Nicolas, can you make sure to always bump the module version number and add a little line of code to print this on the screen while we're testing so it gets into screenshots?

Nicolas I see the problem — you inadvertently deleted them 9 days ago (see the bottom of http://moodle.cvs.sourceforge.net/moodle/contrib/plugins/grade/report/ouuser/lib.php?r1=1.2&r2=1.3) probably when copying from the normal user report.

It wasn't actually inadvertent, but a result of a misunderstanding. I read in Phil's doc file that he wanted the submissions count removed from the user report, I thought he meant for the entire report, but obviously he was talking about hidden/empty aggregates. Will replace it now.
