Description
We have observed the four states that describe exported scores.
These are
new - as we requested; thank you
regrade - as we requested; thank you
unknown - where the student has no score
nochange - where the score has previously been exported
Currently an exported file contains an entry for each student with each entry marked with one of the above. We have agreed with our colleagues who look after the separate student records system at the OU that we will supply scores labelled as 'new' or 'regrade' but now we can see that in these early days the other two settings enable us to perform checks that all is well.
We would like to have a little more control over this if it is possible. We would always want 'new' and 'regrade' scores to be exported as a matter of course. But would it be possible to have the option of choosing to include 'unknown' or 'nochange', rather than having them there at all times?
Added an extra setting during export, if checked then only updated or new grades are exported.
