Description
In moodle 182, there was a navigation bar at the top of the site, below the header, which had the complete path of where you are.
Something like sitename > lesson1 > sco1 (see moodle-menubar-ok.jpg)
now, there are huge issues with it, when entering the theme selector it dissapears completly, and when entering a course it only says the course (moodne-navbar-wrong1.jpg) , and the only way to return to the main site menu is with the home button from the bottom of the page
pic
also, i can add activites on the front page, with no association to a course (see add-quizez-main-page.jpg)

seems to work for me - if this is still an issue with the latest 1.9stable or 2.0stable code let me know and we can re-open - thanks.
