Remove averages where there are hidden grades

Description

Now (23/10/07) that OU tutors are allowed to see hidden grades there remains one category of staff that we will use the 'Hidden grades' setting for, these are our Helpdesk staff. The queries that these staff get are primarily concerned with whether or not results have been correctly logged. Helpdesk staff do not require averages to see how well, or not, a student is proceeding; such queries will be dealt with by tutors.

In the attached screenshot the average for the hidden grades (at 'A') is already shown as ''. We are now saying that the entries at 'B' and 'C' should also be ''. And we concluded that the whole bottom row titled 'Overall average' could be removed.

Hi Phil, does it hurt to leave the grades there though? The change would either require some sort of new flag or make some hack that makes the code untidy. Cheers, Yu

In screenshot-1 it's the values at B and C that are the problem. We have agreed that these should show '-'. Beyond that I'm content to leave it to you as to how to best achieve this. If the remainder of the bottom row(s), where there are no hidden grades, remain, that's OK with me.

Workaround in cvs - totals are not displayed when user does not have viewhidden cap, we agreed that it should be fine for OU now - tutors will have this can, help desk ppl not.
Can be reworked in 2.0.
