Hi
I have this problem with the email notification when student upload an assignement,
the system (moodle) don't send an email notification to non-editing teacher roles in the course, but only to course creator and teacher roles
Is it correct? In the documentation about this functionality I understood not.
The same happen when I assign, only for this activity level, the role teacher to the user that is non-editing teacher for the whole course level.

this was fixed in 1.8 branch, please upgrade your installation
1.8 has many fixes that were not backported into 1.7x
