Description
The "course enrollable" setting actually disables any enrolment plugin with an "interactive" element, ie, it displays to the screen. For example, internal and PayPal enrolment. This is very unclear from the setting description. It should really be something like "Allow interactive enrolment" or somesuch. As it stands it causes a lot of user confusion.
