Description
I am using 1.82 production and was looking at 1.83 on my sandbox. There is a problem with the display of the blocks. I have attached a picture. Does it on all Themes I tried. went avay when I put 1.82 back on.

Hi, I can't reproduce that behaviour. Can you update to the latest 1.8 stable and see if the problem still exists?
if so, what browser are you using?
