Frontpage backup of 1.8 does not restore in 1.9

Description

The backup of frontpage course of a moodle 1.8.2 / 1.8.3 does not restore in Moodle 1.9. During restore, if the option 'Add / Delete to existing course' is selected, the restore gives an error message 'Something must be wrong' and quits. The restore only works if a new course is created - but that doesn't make it the frontpage, it just adds a course.

I wish I could Dan, but we've just updated all our troublesome 1.8 sites to 1.9 now. We had to recreate the front pages manually though since the frontpage backup did not work - even with the final 1.9.

Hi Anil,

AFAIK this is one duplicate of MDL-12760 (not able to restore courses to front page), that has been fixed some hours ago.... resolving this a duplicate.
