When I create an Offline Activity assignment and set the grade scale to Satisfactory, the grades are not visible to either students or teachers, either in the gradebook or on the assignment page.

If I click on the "Update" link to change the grade, it does show that the grade has been set. It just doesn't show up on the viewing page or in the gradebook, either for the student or the instructor.

Comments seem to show up just fine - it's only the actual grade field that's a problem.
