AICC packages failing to communicate with LMS

Description

Attempting to integrate a number of AICC courses from a variety of companies.
Courses successfully launch and load, however they generate an error upon exiting the course - stating that they cannot communicate with the LMS.
Example attached communcates successfully on the first attempt but upon subsequent attempts generates the error.
Technical consultant believes the exitAU is failing - see debug error attached.

I've remmed the offending line out of the code for testing, and it appears to be resolving the issue. BUT i'm not a coder (more of a tinkerer!) can anyone tell me if this is a fix or will it break something else???

assigning to Piers - this one has an AICC file attached!

Alison, any chance that you have some AICC modules that you wouldn't mind adding to the Scorm Repository here:

we have a very limited number of AICC objects to use for testing

This has now been fixed in Head(moodle 2.0) - We currently have no plans to backport this to 1.9Stable, 1.8Stable as this is a big patch, and we haven't received enough working AICC objects to allow us to verify these fixes. - we may revisit this later if more AICC objects are provided for testing.

Alison - the Object you provided didn't seem to work for us? - if you have a collection of AICC objects that you could provide to help us with testing, we can look at re-opening one of these linked bugs and look at backporting to previous moodle versions.

closing - we have no AICC objects to allow this to be tested properly, and no-one seems to be interested in providing them. If this is still an issue for you, please make some AICC objects available in the SCORM repository to allow us to test/reproduce/fix.

We are getting an error when trying to launch an AICC course also - here is the print out I get:

AICC course launch failed:

aicc_data= field is not present in callBack response.

Please contact your LMS administrator with the information on this page.
The following is the callBack response:

null

The following is the parameter=value pairs sent on the initial launch request.
aicc_sid=NWY4AqieCL
aicc_url=http://localhost/mod/scorm/aicc.php
CourseData=113611-832-10258-10124

I am using Moodle version 1.9.4. The course I am trying to launch is owned by one of our clients. I will see if they don't mind us sending it to you for a test.
