Description
When creating a tag which includes an apostrophe character (howerver entered - ''', '\'', ''' or ALT + 039), the apostrophe is stripped out or invalidates the tag completely.
For example "De l'aprez" is turned into "De Laprez".
An apostrophe is required in French for many names (and possibly other languages).
Please could it be included sometime.
Also hyphens and underscores are stripped out, so the formal name 'entity-relationship diagram' or perhaps 'moodle_tags' cannot be used exactly as they are for a tag.
