Description

Using the windows installer package for 1.9 beta 2, eaccelerator is not enabled, despite it being present as part of xampp.

I attached the php.ini
It has to be copied in /server/apache/bin
It enables eaccelerator in xampp (and ldap, see MDL-12460)
