Assignment advanced upload does not respect gradebook hidden settings

Description

Setting the 'hidden' or 'hidden-until' options in the grade book for the 'Advanced upload' assignment type does not prevent assignment feedback being displayed.

When an "advanced upload" is configured for "hidden description until the opening date", students can't see the complete information in the "assignment" but they can see it in the calendar !!!

This will be fixed in 2.0 when control of hiding of grades and feedback will be entirely centralised in the gradebook. Currently there is no way to fix this in 1.9.

This is working fine in Moodle 2: 2.0.1+ (Build: 20101229) - both "hidden" and "hidden until".
