Lesson End of Branch acting inconsistant

Description

I constructed a lesson to demonstrate clusters and (classic) branches that use the End of Branch page. See attached zip course. The lesson starts with a Branch Table set up as a table of contents, plus the left menu is on.

After much fussing around with the classic branch, I decided that I should have two branches. First (in logical order) one to demonstrate the Unseen question within a branch jump, and another to demo the Random branch page jump. Each segment starts with an Branch Table that serves as an introduction and ends with the End of Branch (EB) page.

When I set the Unseen question EB to "next page" , once all the questions had been seen, it moved the student to the next Branch Table in the logical order. (the intro to Random pages). Setting the EB jump to "this page" caused an red error box to pop up and Moodle to crash.

The Random branch page demo segment was not consistent. It appears that regardless of how the Random branch EB jump was set, Lesson was using the End of Lesson as the EB. In other words, it ignored the EB.

My goal is to have a new Lesson demo ready when 1.9 is released. I want to be able to tell teachers how to make the feature work in MoodleDocs and be able to demonstrate at least one way it works in demo.moodle. Perhaps I am making a stupid error. As usual, I have a Plan B to achieve my goal. <grin>.

Finally, I think this course/lesson is a good one for testing these features. See also MDLSITE-304 for all 4 lessons

Reassigning this to moodle.com for the time being, since Mark Nielsen is not maintaining Lesson any more. Please comment/vote/patch any crucial bugs that affect you for 2.0 to help us prioritise fixes for the upcoming release.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We have detected that this issue has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.

If you believe that this issue is still relevant to current versions (2.1 and beyond), please comment on the issue. Issues left inactive for a further month will be closed.
