Description
We need to be able to assign different PalPall accounts to different courses. There is currently only one PayPall account designation that is global for all courses. It would be great for accounting purposes and flexibility of allowing teachers to manage their own billing and enrollment in thier course.

I note this is shown as "Affects Version/s: 1.8.3"
But it affects all versions forward from this.
Can this be updated to "Affects Version/s: 2.0" so it gets added for the new release
