To recreate:

Create Lesson activity
Create a few pages
Delete all pages

On deletion of final page an error message is displayed: Delete: next page not found
User is redirected to site page on clicking continue.

When error is fixed re-direction to course page or page displayed when lesson has no pages (preferred) would be better.
