When my students are finished with their SCORM packages (which open in a new window) and the windos is closed they come back to the "content structure page". This shows all the SCO and whether they have been completed or not (with a little tick in the tickbox, or an orange fuzzy ball for when they have started but not completed it).
When they get back to this page they do not see a tickbox in front of the SCO they just succesfully completed. Instead it shows the same state as when the module was started. Only when I refresh the page does this get solved and is the correct tick shown.
Would be possible to "automagically" refresh this content structure page as soon as the SCORM package is finished? This would help my students a lot!
Thanks in advance for anyone picking this up.

Does this also cover the idea in http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=111171
to get rid of the blank screen that is displayed after completing a SCORM package?
I think the answer could be as simple as putting a message in that central pane along the lines of "This resource should appear in a popup window.
If it didn't, click here. If you have finished viewing this resource, click here to return to the course page".
I think the reason this one stands out more than the similar use case when viewing a Resource in a pop-up window is that the SCORM view seems to show an entire blank screen rather than the more succinct view when you close a pop-up Resource, but I've had several clientscomment on this as well. Could do a kludge here to fix it but thought I'd suggest this if you are working on the SCORM player anyway
Cheers,
Mark.
