CLONE - Changes to the full name during the restore course process do not carry over to the final restored course

Description

When restoring from a backup, on the third screen into the process, there are option to change the short name, full name, course start date, etc. If you change the full name, the changed name does not show up as the full name for the restored course. However changes to the date and the short name do seem to work.

With the version we are currently running (1.8.3+), it seems this issue is back...

When I restore a backed-up course, the short and full names of the course do not carry over and are appended with a "_1" and "copy 1." I'm guessing it's likely related to a PHP 4.x issue again, as the previous report/fix?

I tested in 1.8.2 and 1.8.4+, still have the same issue

As of the last couple of 1.9.x versions I've upgraded to, I've so far not encountered this issue again.

Well, the last few times I have done a back-up/restore into a new course, this is once again happening to me. So, there is still some issue there.
Moodle 1.9.2+ (Build: 20080723)
