 Description  « Hide
When professors post a document of any type (that we've noticed so far) and they choose to have it open in the new window, rather than the same window, we get errors. When just clicking on the link in IE6, we get this error: "Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." In IE7 the same thing can happen, but sometimes it will 'open' the document in another tab, but display nothing. When I specifically choose open in another tab, instead of nothing appearing, I get a message saying that the resource should be appearing and that if it isn't to click on the link provided. Clicking on the link simply displays the same page again.

In both IE6 and IE7 when I right-click the link and choose "Save Target as.." I get this error: "Cannot download view.php from distance.digipen.edu. The file could not be written to the cache."
