Sort courses block alphabetically by course name

Description

It would be much more logical for the mycourses block to be ordered alphabeticall when only displaying the users course. Currently it is geared towards the sortorder which doesn't work well when there are only limited courses outside of their categories.

Fixed in CVS - we keep hidden courses at bottom of list but the rest are displayed alphabetically
